Terms and Conditions of Service
- Free Discovery Session
All clients are entitled to a complimentary discovery session with
our management team to align project goals and expectations.
- Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before the project begins, with the remaining 50% due upon
completion or as outlined in progress invoices.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
- Late Payments
Late payments will incur a 5% penalty on the total project cost. All invoices must
be paid within 14 days of receipt.
- Non-Refundable Fees
All service fees are non-refundable, including deposits in the event of project
cancellation or
termination by the client.
- Scope Changes and Additional Costs
- Any changes or revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges at a
pre-approved
rate.
- Order changes initiated by the client may lead to adjustments in both the project
timeline and
fees.
- Advertising Campaigns and Materials
- Clients are responsible for funding paid advertising campaigns on social media or
other platforms.
- Any additional materials (e.g., stock photos, specialized software) beyond the
original scope will be charged separately and invoiced to the client.
- Intellectual Property and Ownership
All work created remains the property of Urbot until full payment is received. Upon
final payment,
intellectual property rights to all designs and assets will transfer to the client.
- Project Termination Rights
Urbot reserves the right to terminate the project and retain any funds paid up to
that point if
the client violates the agreement or remains unresponsive for more than 30 days.
These terms ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability, allowing us to maintain the
highest service standards for every client.
